Welcome to Troop 993's website! Troop 993 was chartered in 1958 by the Wesley United Methodist Church and has been proudly serving the community for over 50 years! The troop meets every Monday night at 7:30 p.m. at Wesley United Methodist Church, located at 8412 Richmond Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22309. Troop 993 subscribes to the three aims of Scouting: Teaching boys values, citizenship and physical fitness. Additionally, the troop actively provides service to the community. We strongly adhere to the boy-run, boy-led troop philosophy, with adult leaders acting as mentors and advisors. Abdullah Mustafa will be hosting his Eagle Court of honor on Sunday Dec 14, from 3 - 6 PM at Aldersgate Church. Note - this is not being held at our normal Wesley Church. Aldersgate is at 1301 Collingwood Rd, Alexandria, VA 22308. All are welcome to attend.

This is the annual Holiday Party. Please dress in festive attire and bring a snack to share. There will be a White Elephant gift exchange ($10 value), gingerbread house Patrol competition and games.

A reminder to bring all funds collected to the Troop meeting to be deposited into the Blue Cash Box. Funds can also be sent to the Treasurer via PayPal (select the Friends and family option or add on 3%).
